Been working on getting shopping and other Christmas traditions moving along.  Have about half of the decorations up now.  Thought the Penguins should get a chance to breath this year.  Hubby is having to do the lifting as my silly back is being grumpy.  May I just say that Arthur is my least favorite of the Ritis family.

Have printed about half of the cards we will be sending this year.  Need to get a few more printed like about 65.  I am thinking I may need to cut back of the number of cards.  I have designed cards on and off through the years.  Here is the front for this year.

And the inside:
We have family members and friends of numerous faiths and beliefs.  After so many years of sending just Christmas greetings I decided to honor some of their faiths.  Not sure what to do for the atheists and agnostics we know.  Some of them put up Christmas trees and have a merry ole time.  Not sure why they do not just call them solstice trees as that pagan ritual is where the tree thing started.  It does not really matter to me at this point in my life.  I just want to let the folks that have shared in our life journey to know we think about them.

I did just put the decoration boxes back in the storage room with the 'normal' room decor in them so I would have room for the holiday decorations.  A young man walked around the corner of the hall with his dog leading the way.  The dog went a little crazy barking at me and the man gave me a strange look.  Upon returning to the apartment I walked into the bathroom and discovered the why of the big barks and strange look.  I wear headbands when working around the house so I had NOT remembered I had decorated myself a bit.  Maybe I should just put on makeup and not the additional ornaments.

Ya'll all have a great Sunday and I'll see you next week.
